1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the platform NichebrAI, including our website, services, digital products, and any interactive entertainment elements, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Digital Products (eBooks), Delivery & Refunds
Delivery. After a successful payment, you will receive two emails: (1) a Stripe receipt and (2) an email from NichebrAI titled “Your Ebook Bundle + Free Credits” with your PDFs attached. To keep emails reliable, identical files may be attached only once; if you purchased multiple quantities, your license and credits are issued in full for each unit.
Access. Download links in the email may be rate-limited. If you have trouble accessing a file within 7 days, contact us and we will re-send it.
License. eBooks are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may store and print a copy for personal use. Redistribution, resale, uploading, or public sharing of the files is prohibited.
Credits. Free “credits” included with some bundles are promotional/utility units inside the app. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not refundable once used.
Refunds. Because digital files are delivered immediately, all sales are final. We will fix or refund in cases of (i) duplicate charge, (ii) file not delivered/corrupted and we cannot provide a working copy after support, or (iii) where required by applicable consumer law. Requests must include the Stripe receipt link or order ID.
Chargebacks. If there is an issue, please contact support first so we can resolve it quickly. Unauthorized transactions should be reported immediately.
3. Affiliate Program
NichebrAI offers a referral program where participants can earn commissions by promoting our digital products. Commissions are only paid after confirmed purchases. Fraudulent referrals, manipulation, or abuse of the system may lead to termination of the account and forfeiture of earnings.
4. Intellectual Property
All tools, systems, branding, and digital content on NichebrAI are owned or licensed by us and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute any part of our platform without written consent.
5. User Conduct
Users agree not to misuse the platform, submit false data, or attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer any system. You must comply with all local laws and regulations applicable to your use of our services.
6. No Guarantee of Winnings
Our interactive features may show prizes or symbolic rewards, but they are for entertainment purposes. Any real-world payouts are limited, discretionary, and not guaranteed. NichebrAI is not a gambling platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from your use of our platform, whether related to technical issues, data loss, or expectations around interactive features or referral outcomes.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
9. No Purchase Necessary
Participation in game-based features is available without purchase. All users receive a complimentary spin upon account registration. Additional credits or spins may be awarded as promotional bonuses following the purchase of digital products (such as eBooks), but such purchases are not required to use the entertainment-based components of our platform.
10. Prizes, Commissions, and Earnings
Displayed values such as “Total Earned”, “Commission”, or other monetary amounts may include affiliate earnings, marketing rewards, or discretionary promotional bonuses. These are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and internal review. NichebrAI does not operate a gambling platform, and rewards are not issued through games of chance requiring payment.
11. Taxes and Reporting
Users are responsible for reporting any bonuses, commissions, or monetary payouts they receive to their local tax authorities. NichebrAI may issue tax forms to U.S. residents if annual earnings exceed $600, as required by the IRS. Non-U.S. residents will not receive tax forms unless otherwise required by law.
